Breakfast area felt cramped. it was hard to find a seat without bumping into other guests. The noise from barking dogs and footsteps above could be distracting at times, likely from a busy family atmosphere. Also, the price was a bit high compared to some other local options with similar amenities.

It was just a well-suited match for a whistle-stop in Duluth with excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. If you're an early riser, take advantage of the nearby Caribou Coffee opening at 5:30am.

our stay at the hampton inn was great! the location was astounding, just a short walk to canal park and downtown, with plenty of restaurants nearby. the breakfast view was stunning, and the waffles were absolutely amazing – definitely try them with whipped cream and strawberry syrup. the staff was incredibly helpful and kind!
